MANITOBA COMMUNITY SERVICES COUNCIL (MCSC) provides grants to non-profit community organizations throughout the Province. If your organization is in need of funding, please fill out and submit our GRANT APPLICATION! MCSC funds requests for furniture, equipment, vehicles, operating costs, program costs, and emergency/critical repair projects. MANITOBA COMMUNITY SERVICES COUNCIL INC. (MCSC) was established in 1984 by the Province of Manitoba, as part of an umbrella system, to serve the voluntary sector in Manitoba. The Council is supported through funding provided by the Province of Manitoba and Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries. MCSC operates as an arms-length organization. A committee of volunteers representative of the Manitoba community is responsible for the allocation of grants to qualifying groups.
