Board of Directors
MCSC is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors representative of the Province. The Council is composed of 18 members; 9 from Winnipeg and 9 from areas across the Province. The Board of Directors is responsible for the allocation of dollars and/or bingo events to qualifying groups.
